1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Each user is only permitted to hold one active mbi9 account at any one time. Multiple account registrations — whether using different names, phone numbers, emails, or payment methods — are considered a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Registration Details

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your full name, date of birth, identification number, email address, and active mobile number. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. mbi9 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your own negligence. Make sure your password is strong, unique, and never shared with anyone.

KYC Verification

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory for all mbi9 members before the first withdrawal can be processed. Required documents include a clear copy of your national ID or passport, along with proof of current address. This process is typically completed within 24 business hours.

4Deposit & Payment

Mbi9 supports a wide range of deposit methods popular among users in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 for most payment methods.

5Withdrawal of Wins

Mbi9 is committed to processing withdrawal wins promptly and transparently. All complete and verified withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours.

Withdrawal Terms

• KYC verification must be fully completed before your first withdrawal can be approved.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30.
